1. Service Process
“I need help, what is the process?”
Firstly, we’d like to let you know that your issues are extremely important to us here at product care. We are a third-party organisation that are experts in helping customers with issues pertaining to the products they have purchased. Our system is straight forward:
- Submit a ticket
- Our agent will evaluate your information and photos and select the best solution possible. Most times we will need to send out a technician to your home or office to create a report.
- We get our service technician to come to you
- The service technician will contact you to organise a time that suits you
- The service technician will generate a report. This will let us know if the issue is covered by our warranty or not.
- The solution is completed
- We will then send you a closed ticket summary with everything that happened and ask you for feedback on the service you received.
While every single person and situation is different, most of the time this is what our process will look like. The quickest way for us to assist you is via the service ticket system. Please reach out if you have any questions at all.
