“I have warranty coverage, what will happen?”

Once you have submitted your support ticket we will organise a service technician to come to your home or office to evaluate the issue with your product.

The technician will be looking at the following:

  • Is the issue with the product covered by either the store warranty or our product care extended warranty?
  • Is it a product issue or is it damaged caused by misuse or general wear and tear?
  • Is the product repairable or will it need to be replaced?

Once the technician has sent back their report to us we will then activate the necessary repair, organise the replacement or a myriad of other solutions.

You will be updated and alerted via email every step of the way.
